I enjoy helping individuals and couples who are struggling with a variety of issues including depression, trauma, anger management, domestic violence, anxiety, OCD, substance abuse, life stress, and/or change related to their career, relationships, family, and personal development. My background is in Forensic, Behavioral, Mental Health and Addiction counseling. I motivate and encourage awareness through respect, integrity and strength-based approaches. My philosophies are based in cognitive behavioral and solution focused models. I am committed to helping you achieve personal satisfaction, wellness and fulfillment.
